Delaware is the first state in the country to allow escorts to use a free app called escorts.com.
The app was created by a man named Mike Starnes who was previously a programmer at Facebook and worked for an escort agency, according to the Delaware State Board of Public Health.
The state’s Department of Health released a statement on Thursday that stated, “This app allows escorts in Delaware to get paid to work for free.
In fact, it is a great way to make extra money and get free stuff.”
According to the board, the app was developed by the escort agency, Blue Star Escorts, and it was approved by the state.
It allows the escorting agency to work from their offices and get paid for doing work for the escapers clients.
It was created in December of 2016.
The app was only approved for use by licensed escorts and their managers.
The application requires escorts be at least 21 years old, have no criminal record and that they can provide proof of their age.
It also requires escorters to provide their passport, driver’s license or ID.
Blue Star also requires that escorts have a social media account and a website.
There are other limitations, according the board.
Escorts must have a minimum of five escorts working at the same time.
There are no limits on the number of escorts that can be assigned to the same client.
The apps requirements do not include an escorts age requirement.
It is up to the escorter to decide if they want to work with a particular client.
The board stated that escorting services are not licensed in Delaware.
BlueStar said they have no affiliation with Blue Star.
